The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales performance, increasing gross profit, and strengthening customer partnerships across the South East region.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Growth & Customer Management
- Build and develop strong relationships with existing customers to achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets.
- Introduce new products and solutions to customers on a regular basis.
- Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure excellent customer communication and follow-up.
- Regular Face to Face meetings
- Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities through phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, customer visits, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions and opportunities are logged.
- Prepare and submit quotations promptly, following up consistently to maximise conversion rates.
- Produce accurate monthly sales forecasts and track performance against targets and budgets.
- Report on sales activity, opportunities, and market developments during daily, weekly, and monthly meetings.
- Take ownership of assigned accounts, ensuring maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the EUK Sales Manager, internal sales team, and wider business to share market insights and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, persistence, and customer service at all times.
- Proven experience in business development, field sales, or account management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote role.
- Commercially driven with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel regularly.
