About the Role

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced creative and driven Interiors/Kitchen Designer to join a growing, design-led business where your ideas, talent, and ambition will genuinely be valued.

You’ll work with clients on inspiring, high-quality kitchen and interior projects, guiding them from the first conversation through to final installation. This is a role for someone who loves design, enjoys working with people, and wants to build a long-term career in interiors — not just sell kitchens.

You’ll have the freedom to create exciting, thoughtful designs, the support to develop your skills, and the platform to build a strong personal reputation with happy, returning clients. Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in the showroom and in their homes to understand their lifestyle, vision, and budget.
• Design inspiring, well-considered kitchens and interior spaces using Winner CAD software (2–3 years kitchen design experience required).
• Carry out on-site surveys to ensure every design is accurate, practical, and perfectly planned.
• Present concepts and quotations in a confident, engaging, and professional manner.
• Work closely with suppliers, installers, and internal teams to ensure every project runs smoothly.
• Manage projects from initial concept through to completion, delivering an exceptional customer experience every time.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Designer
• Confident using Winner CAD or similar kitchen design software.
• Experience carrying out site surveys and producing accurate, detailed designs.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
• A genuine passion for interiors, design, and creating beautiful spaces that clients love.
